How long until my cable ships?
Every cable is made to order by hand, so allow about 2–3 weeks from order to dispatch. Custom builds may take a little longer; we'll confirm timing with you.
How do I know which connector fits my IEM or headphone?
You don't have to. Tell us your brand and model in the order note and we match the exact connector — including tricky cases like the Sennheiser IE 900, which needs an extended-barrel MMCX rather than a standard one.
Will a cable actually change how my headphones sound?
Honestly: a cable mainly improves fit, ergonomics, plug compatibility and durability. Any change in sound depends on your gear, source and ears. Silver tends brighter, copper warmer — but we won't promise a transformation.
Can I customise length, plug and colour?
Yes — material, length, plug (2.5 / 3.5 / 4.4 mm, XLR, L-shaped and more) and braid colour are all made to order. Start a custom build or leave your requests in the order note.
What's the difference between silver, copper and hybrid?
Silver conductors tend brighter and more forward; copper warmer with a neutral, low-loss foundation; our 7N Panda hybrid braids both. All are 26 AWG, 8×19 hand-braided.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — tracked and insured from the workshop, with free shipping over $200. Duties, where they apply, are set by your country.
